Our Commitment
From the first sale, we give 10% of our profits back into the communities we serve. This is not a campaign. It is not seasonal. It is built into the business.
Local, specific, and close to home. These are the organizations doing the work in the places our cans are named after.
Supporting students in the communities where Soberly is sold and made.
No one in New England should go without. We support local food banks and pantries across the region.
We believe in second chances and the people who create the conditions for them.
The coastline is what inspires every can we make. We take care of it.
Because the communities we serve include the ones who cannot speak for themselves.
As Soberly grows, so does our reach. The causes rotate as the company grows, but the commitment never changes.
When John and Jami Jalbert founded Soberly Beverage Co. on July 4, 2026, giving back was not an afterthought. It was written into the business plan before the first can was designed. The 10% commitment exists because a brand that names itself after New England places has a responsibility to those places and the people who live in them.
Community is not an abstract word for Soberly. It means the town of Cohasset, where the company was born. It means the beaches and coastlines that inspire the artwork on every can. It means the families, the students, the shelters, and the organizations doing quiet, essential work across the six states that call themselves New England.
The causes rotate as Soberly grows. What does not rotate is the percentage. From the first case sold to the millionth, 10% of profits goes back. That is the deal, and it does not change with the quarter.
"We give 10% of our profits back into the communities we serve, supporting things like local scholarships, food pantries, sober living programs, beach cleanups, and animal shelters across New England. Giving is a line item in the business plan, not a marketing decision made after a good quarter. It starts at the first sale and scales with every case sold.
Every can is named for a real New England place. The giving follows the same map: the communities on our labels are the communities we support.
